We do not issue refunds, however there are cases where we can offer a replacement as a one time courtesy.

GENERAL REPLACEMENT POLICY

1) Item(s) must be returned in new condition or in the condition it was shipped.

2) Customer must contact us via email or Amazon email to request an RMA # and additional instructions if needed within 21 days from delivery.

3) All returns must be shipped with a tracking number at your cost and tracking number sent to us via email or phone.

Note: As a courtesy, size exchange will be reshipped at no additional cost.

4) Items can be returned for full refund or exchange:
4a) If not as listed or wrong item shipped.
4b) Incorrect sizing (refund or size exchange)
4c) Mistaken / Changed Mind orders will be refunded minus 25% restocking fee.

DECAL REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer no refunds on vinyl decals.

To ensure proper application of vinyl decals, be sure to follow the included instructions carefully. Because decals must be applied in a specific way, we include a scrap decal for practice with every decal order.

In the extremely rare event that your decal does not apply correctly, customers must provide us with a photograph showing damage to the decal. Once we have confirmed the damage, we will issue a replacement to the customer as a one time courtesy.
